Springtime is coming..albeit slowly in parts of Ontario. But the warming weather has brought most of us outdoors more and thinking about our outdoor spaces.
How is the yard looking? Where will we gather with friends and family this summer?
At Watercolour Westport we have designed our homes with outdoor living rooms. Spaces that easily flow from indoors onto generous front porches for all models, and in some models, generous rear screened in porches. The ultimate of comfort is sitting on the porch with shade above and shelter from the elements to enjoy the conversations make memories.

And yes, our homes are placed on lots which most cities find generous, but the best part of the outdoors is right outside your doorstep. Trails and beaches are nearby with an 800 acre preserve just a 2 minute drive away. Foley Mountain Conservation Area is full of trails, nature programs and picnic areas to enjoy. There’s even a forest school for the kids.
