1. Earn a Referral Bonus
$10,000 BONUS
If you invite a friend or family member to visit our community and buy a home with us, we will reward you with $2,500. That’s a $2,500 cash bonus for you, payable upon closing of the home and $7,500 in bonus Design Studio upgrades for the person you referred.
2. We Appreciate Repeat Purchasers
$10,000 BONUS
As one of the Land Ark Homes family, if you buy a new home, we’ll show our appreciation by giving you $10,000 in bonus Design Studio upgrades.
3. We Appreciate Our Men and Women in Uniform
$10,000 BONUS
